Cancellation Policy
We at NADA JOHN strive to deliver the best services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may require you to cancel your project. The following outlines our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing via email at nadajohnyabyang@gmail.com.
- If the cancellation request is made within 7 days of signing the agreement and before work has commenced, a full refund will be issued.
- If the cancellation request is made after work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after project completion.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the following criteria:
- If you are unsatisfied with our services, you must inform us within 14 days of project delivery.
- Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved through revisions or modifications.
- All refunds are subject to deductions for administrative fees and costs incurred during the project.
- Refund requests must be sent to nadajohnyabyang@gmail.com or communicated via phone at 9863423997.
Exceptions
No refunds or cancellations will be entertained for:
- Services already delivered as per the agreement.
- Delays caused by the client, including delays in providing necessary information or approvals.
- Force majeure events beyond our control.
